Puppies going.. going.. gone.. to great homes!

All of our Moonfyre Cockers pups have been placed, but we are helping Becky of Shandilyn Cockers to find homes for her beautiful babies. If you’re interested, please e-mail me at Chris@MoonfyreCockers.com.

Call this the "Brags" Page!

What a treat! I am on cloud nine thousand to be able to share the joys of my "grandkids" and their parents... here on my Website! These installments feature our , Lexi, Charley and Tassy.

Bailey Belle!

Moonfyre Cockers - Bailey Belle

Bailey Belle is the daughter of Moonfyre's Hazelnut Mocha Java (Danny) and Moonfyre's Slow Dancing (Birgit) and much loved by her fantastic family! They consider her "the most beautiful chocolate Cocker that's ever lived!"

We *love* hearing that! Take a look at the lovely Bailey Belle on her page.

Charley!

Moonfyre's Cup of Joe to Go (Charley) Update!

A recent note from Charley’s “Mom” sent May 6th:

“We had a super weekend!! Charley got his CD in three shows. I was so proud of him. We got a 180 (2nd) on Friday, a 181 (4th) on Saturday, and a 182 (3rd) this morning.
Today we were one of the 4 teams that qualified, 4 teams NQ'd.
We had a nice group of Novice A people who really supported one another through the weekend. We were all about the same level in scoring (in the 180's), except for one guy yesterday with a super doberman who outshown everyone.
So, now it is back to Rally O for his RAE. Don't think I will be trying for a CDX, but you never know!! ”

Charley's sire is Moonfyre's Hazelnut Mocha Java (Danny), his dam, Moonfyre's Answered Prayer (DeDe). Charley is a lover and an imp, showing off his natural-born intelligence (thanks mom and dad!)...to the world. Read more about his accomplishments on his Personal page.

Lexi!

Lexi - a black sable with red undercoat

Lexi is a black sable with red undercoat, daughter of Moonfyre's Hazelnut Mocha Java (Danny) and Moonfyre's Whiskey Girl (Rosie). She lives in California now and is doing well with her training, according to Mom Annmarie, who writes in May 2007:

She's a pretty girl, about 24 pounds now, hopefully she's done growing! She's settling down a bit from the puppy stuff, I can tie my shoes now without her help but she's still a strong willed pup! She's a happy dog and doesn't do naughty things to be bad, she just wants to do whatever she feels like because it's fun!

So she keeps us laughing with her funny mannerisms and forward ways. It's hard to discipline when you are cracking up with laughter.

But she's a good girl. Just not an angel! She's pretty special to us.

See more photos of this lovely girl!

Moonfyre's Tri Perfecta Tassy!

Tassy!

Tassy is one of the sweet pups produced by Tell-Tails Tri Perfecta (Talia) and CH J&R's Let Freedom Ring (Freedom) in 2004. (See her baby pictures!) She's now doing great in the show ring, taking Winner Bitch, Best Bitch in Show, and Best of Breed at a UKC show in February, 2005. She went to her new home in August,2004 and her "Mom" shared these observations with me:

"She is so adorable, my husband just fell in love with her! The other dogs were much older before they tried to climb stairs, but not Tassy, she goes up as fast as anyone else. Not mastered down yet. She started to climb into the open refrigerator stood on the lower shelf so she had a better view to the meat door, just amazes me she has no inhibitions that she can't do anything!"

You can see the photos of Tassy "going for the gold" in the refrigerator on her page. And one more note from Tassy's Mom, about her show career: "..we are on our way, to an exciting future with Tassy.  As I mentioned, I don't care if we win or not, but from the looks of Tassy's attitude, she knows she is a champion at heart and probably won't accept anything less."
