Phoebe's a sweet black pup, with spirit and joy in her step! She has found her true happiness in the arms of a 14 year old young lady..and they now romp and goof off as good buddies should. Phoebe sits on the back of the sofa when it is time for her girl to come home from school..waits up for her when she comes home from skating.. I expect they will go to a college together.. if they can find a dorm room to share! We're still looking for a photo of Phoebe that does her justice.
