Terms of Use

MoonfyreCockers.com warmly welcomes all visitors to this Web site. I consider you to be my guest and I hope to provide you with a place which you will feel comfortable visiting again and again. So, to insure that your experience here is a pleasant one, here are the "House" Rules:

Our Part:

We're having a great time here telling you about and showing you our beautiful pups, our gorgeous boys and girls, breeders we know and love and respect, tips and hints we've gathered during more than 3 decades of living with and loving American Cocker Spaniels. But we also want to be clear that this Web site is provided by Moonfyre Cockers and Christina Debowski on an "As is" basis. Moonfyre Cockers and Christina Debowski make no representations or warranties of any kind, express content, materials or products that may be included on this site.

We do our best to keep the content accurate and up-to-date, but we may make mistakes--typos or other errors from time to time. We're human. We'll correct them as soon as we spot them but we assume no liability or responsibility for any mistakes in the content of this Web site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Moonfyre Cockers and Christina Debowski disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your Part:

You agree to behave while using this Web site. You promise that you won't use it for anything unlawful or anything banned by any terms or conditions set by Moonfyre Cockers and Christina Debowski. And those terms and conditions are subject to change, without notice. You accept sole and complete responsibility for what you post and that extends to copyright infringement issues, plagarism, and theft of intellectual property. Moonfyre Cockers and Christina Debowski reserve the right to remove any messages left on the guestbook for any reason. If you find that you can't agree to these conditions, then we're sorry, but you'll have to move along.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy. The information you give us, you give voluntarily and we do our best to protect that. When you fill out our Puppy Questionnaire or a Purchase Contract or send us an e-mail, everything you tell us stays with us. We don't sell that information. Period. And we don't share it with anyone else without your express permission. We know how we'd feel if someone did that to us. The information you provide is used to help us help you in your quest for a puppy or dog, and to help answer questions you may have about that dog or the care and treatment of American Cocker Spaniels, in general. If you sign our guestbook or ask a question in our Help section, some of that information is posted to the Web. But all we ask that you provide is a name and your comments or questions. No other personal information is required.

Whew! There was some legalese mixed in there--inevitable these days--but what it boils down to us saying that we want you to have a good time here, enjoy the site, the information, the photos, talk to us about our dogs, your dogs, issues that are important to you, but be aware that we're all just doing the best we can. We may make mistakes. Everyone does. We'll do our best to correct them quickly and with as little harm done as possible. And what we're asking of you is to be kind. To each other and to yourselves. It's the greatest gift you can give your pets. It's the greatest gift you can give to the planet. Mother Earth would be proud.

A new Cocker friend is always a pleasure to meet!
